Payment Information

Online checkout

Cleangor purchases are paid through Shopify's online checkout. Shopify Payments is the store's configured payment service. The supported card and wallet options available for your transaction are displayed at checkout; availability can depend on the device, bank and payment option.

A product question or newsletter subscription does not authorize a purchase charge. We do not request payment card credentials, private transfers or payment to an individual's account through email or our contact form.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club through Shopify Payments, along with Amazon Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. The options available for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device, account eligibility and payment provider.

Currency and total price

Our US store prices and checkout currency are US dollars, USD. Review the product amount, any applicable discount, shipping charge, tax and complete total before submitting payment. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders as explained in our Shipping Policy. A charge imposed separately by your bank or payment provider is governed by that provider's terms.

Payment information and problems

Enter payment information only through the checkout's payment interface. Do not send a full card number, card security code, bank password or authentication code to our support team. If you are unsure whether a message or payment request came from Cleangor, contact support@cleangortech.com independently.

If a payment is declined or its outcome is unclear, check the order or payment confirmation before trying again. Your bank can help with an authorization decline; our support team can check whether an order or payment was recorded. A pending authorization does not necessarily mean a completed order or final charge.

Refunds

Return eligibility and costs follow our Refund Policy. After an eligible return arrives at the designated facility, we inspect it and submit the refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the provider cannot complete that refund, contact us so we can resolve the issue with the provider and agree an appropriate alternative where necessary.

Payment and bank processing are separate from our submission period. Shopify Payments refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach the customer after issuance. We can help trace a delayed refund but cannot guarantee the bank's posting date.
