Operator and website services
Kingje Brands LLC operates the Cleangor store at https://cleangortech.com. These terms apply to website use, online purchases and customer support. Contact support@cleangortech.com for assistance. Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an initial reply within 24 hours.
Check the selected product, option, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting an order through Shopify checkout. Your order confirmation records the purchase details. Browsing or asking a question does not place an order or authorize a charge. Keep your confirmation and contact us promptly if it contains an error.
Product information
Product availability and options can change. A displayed stock indication does not reserve an item. If an accepted order cannot be supplied as described, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including a refund for unavailable goods where appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Amazon MCF supports order fulfillment; delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Product photographs and specifications describe the items offered. Lifestyle illustrations show possible settings; decorative objects are included only when the product listing says so. Use the product listing to check contents, options and specifications. Display colors can vary between screens.
We will address material errors brought to our attention. A correction to website information does not remove any rights attached to an already accepted purchase under its agreed terms and applicable law.
Appropriate use and content
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when asking for assistance. Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with site security or availability, send malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit content that infringes someone else's rights.
Cleangor's name, logo and website content are owned by Kingje Brands LLC or used with permission. You may view them for browsing and evaluating products. Republishing our photographs, branding or substantial website content for commercial use requires the appropriate rights or permission. These terms do not restrict uses allowed by law.
Sending a product question permits us to use it to answer and support that request. It does not grant us an unlimited right to publish your private correspondence as a testimonial. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and external services
Shopify hosts and processes store interactions and purchases. Its enabled Network Intelligence uses relevant activity involving this store, other merchants and Shopify for enhanced services. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant providers, including providers abroad. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your choices, and links to the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
External retailers, marketplaces and other linked services have their own terms. A link does not make their products, promotions or purchase policies part of an agreement with Cleangor.
Purchases and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Discount Rules and Payment Information form part of the purchase terms. They explain the 30-day return request period, the conditions for unused returns, responsibility for shipping costs, delivery estimates, payment and refunds. Review them before placing an order. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not make a blanket waiver of responsibility for defective goods, unauthorized charges, or conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable US law and any mandatory protections in your jurisdiction govern the rights and obligations that apply.
Availability and changes
Site services may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or security reasons. We may limit misuse of the website consistently with applicable law. Such action does not eliminate an existing payment, refund or privacy obligation.
Changes to these website terms apply prospectively from their published update date. We will not use a later change to alter the terms of an already accepted purchase without any consent required by law.
