Destinations and fulfillment

Cleangor currently ships within all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories and international destinations are outside our current delivery area. PO boxes and military addresses require confirmation that the selected fulfillment service supports the particular address and product.

Our in-stock products other than the Hard Boiled Egg Steamer are fulfilled from US inventory using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Amazon selects the fulfillment facility and delivery service for those orders. The Hard Boiled Egg Steamer ships directly from China and follows the separate delivery estimate below. Our company mailing address is a business contact address, not the dispatch warehouse or a product return destination.

Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) on a business day may begin processing the same day. After the cutoff or on a non-business day, processing begins on the next business day. Same-day processing does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates

For in-stock US-warehouse items fulfilled by Amazon MCF and eligible for delivery to the contiguous United States, standard shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate excludes the usual 1–2 business days of order processing, giving a typical total estimate of 4–9 business days from the applicable processing start date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates or a service commitment from Amazon for every item.

Hard Boiled Egg Steamer: China direct shipping

The Hard Boiled Egg Steamer ships from China rather than US Amazon MCF inventory. Standard shipping normally takes 10–16 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and US public holidays. This transit estimate excludes the usual 1–2 business days of order processing, giving a typical total estimate of 11–18 business days from the applicable processing start date. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. This product qualifies for the same free standard shipping on a merchandise subtotal of $15 or more after discounts. Import duties and customs clearance charges are covered by Cleangor; customers do not pay additional import charges for this shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii, remote destinations, larger items and special addresses may take longer. Review any estimate supplied for your item and address, or contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. Inventory placement, carrier disruption and public holidays can affect the estimate.

We will provide tracking information after dispatch. An order with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges and free standard shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $15 or more qualify for free standard shipping within our delivery area, including Alaska and Hawaii. The subtotal is the product amount after any applicable product discount and before tax or shipping.

For orders below $15, the shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Review the complete total before placing the order. We do not deduct a delivery provider's additional merchant charges from a customer's refund or add them after an order has been accepted.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your complete delivery address before submitting the order. Request corrections at support@cleangortech.com as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. We will check whether the fulfillment process still allows the change. Once the shipment is in transit, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

A cancellation request follows the same fulfillment-status check. If the order has already progressed too far to cancel, eligible items can follow our Refund Policy.

Delays, damage and missing packages

Contact support@cleangortech.com if tracking shows no movement for 14 days, a delivery problem, a missing parcel, damage, missing parts or a wrong item. You can contact us sooner if the promised estimate has passed or another problem is apparent; you do not need to wait 14 days to ask for help.

Report visible damage promptly and keep packaging and photographs when practical. Early reporting helps an investigation, but a short carrier reporting window does not replace our 30-day return request period or applicable consumer rights. We will work with the fulfillment and delivery providers to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and arrange any required consent to a delay or refund for unshipped goods. A carrier delay does not remove rights available under applicable law.
