Who handles your information
Kingje Brands LLC operates Cleangor at https://cleangortech.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, purchase from the store, use available account services, subscribe to updates, or contact us.
The information involved depends on your activity. A product question does not require payment details; a purchase requires the information needed to process payment, deliver the order and provide after-sales support.

Information we receive
We receive your name, email address and the product question or other information you choose to send through our contact form or by email. If you subscribe to product updates, we receive your email address and subscription choice.
Shopify and the services supporting this website can process browser and device details, IP address, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, searches, and privacy preferences when you browse. These details help operate the site, protect it and understand its use.
When you purchase, we receive order references, products and quantities, contact and delivery details, relevant billing information, payment status and support records. Available account services are supported by Shopify. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are processed by Shopify Payments and the relevant payment providers. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email or through our contact form.
Why information is used
We use information to process and deliver orders, arrange returns and refunds, answer questions, support accounts, manage subscriptions, keep necessary records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Browsing information also supports Shopify analytics and personalization.
Signing up for product updates is separate from sending an inquiry. Marketing messages sent through a subscription will provide an unsubscribe option. You can also contact support@cleangortech.com to request a change to your communication preferences. Essential replies about an inquiry or a purchase can continue after marketing is stopped.
Shopify and data sharing
Shopify hosts the store and processes browsing and purchase information. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify combines relevant store activity with activity involving other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. Other merchants do not gain access to our customer records through this setting. Shopify and relevant providers may process information outside your country. Advertising-related processing may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US state law.
Shopify Payments processes checkout payments, and our customer support email service handles correspondence. To fulfill orders, we provide Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and relevant delivery providers with necessary recipient, address, order, product and quantity information. Phone or email details are provided when needed for the selected delivery or support process. These services support fulfillment, tracking and necessary return handling; warehouse and delivery providers do not need your full payment card details. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections. This policy does not make your inquiry available as a public customer review.
Cookies and privacy choices
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as security, preferences and measurement. Shopify's privacy controls manage consent and data sharing choices according to the applicable regional configuration. Where a cookie choice interface is offered, you can use it to change the choices available for your visit. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect site functions.
Use our Your Privacy Choices page to submit a data sharing opt-out where available for your location. Its device option applies to that browser. Where the page offers an account option, you can select it and provide the email associated with the account. You can also send a privacy request to support@cleangortech.com.
Shopify's integrated controls recognize supported Global Privacy Control signals for the locations where those controls apply. Privacy choices made through these controls affect Shopify's use of the relevant store activity for advertising as described in its privacy documentation. A browser preference is not a request to delete all historical information, and choices may need to be made again on another device or browser.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to know or access information, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Additional rights, including limitations on some uses or an appeal of a request decision, can apply in particular jurisdictions. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.
The store owner or authorized customer support personnel handle privacy requests on behalf of Kingje Brands LLC through support@cleangortech.com, coordinating with relevant service providers when necessary. Describe your request and relationship with Cleangor. Our support service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an initial reply within 24 hours. Completing a privacy request can take longer; we will meet the applicable legal response period and explain any permitted limitation.
We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not send an identity document with an initial inquiry unless an appropriate verification process has been explained. Where an appeal is available, you can email the same address to appeal the decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, manage subscriptions or accounts, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the record, its purpose, legal requirements and valid deletion requests. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified, subject to required retention. Deleting a store record does not necessarily erase records a payment or delivery provider must independently retain.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the services and information involved. No website or communication method can guarantee complete security. Limit the personal information included in product questions and do not send payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Children and external websites
Cleangor's website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information can contact support@cleangortech.com so we can review and take appropriate action. Applicable protections for older minors also continue to apply.
If you follow a link to another retailer, marketplace or website, that service has its own privacy practices. Review its policy before providing information there.
Policy updates
We will review this policy when the store's services or information practices change, including when new payment, fulfillment, marketing or analytics services are introduced. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The published policy will identify its actual update date.
